       2. How do I earn points? 

You earn 4 Rena points for every $1 spent. You can also earn points by completing actions such as following us on Insta, X, TikTok etc. We also have a referral program. 

        3. How do I move up tiers? 

You move up in tiers by earning the required points.

         4. Do points expire? 

Points expired after 12 months of no activity. 

        5. What are birthday bonuses? 

Birthday Bonuses are Rena points added to your account that you can use toward discounts. 

Only registered accounts can both earn and redeem Rena Points. Points and Rewards are subject to program rules and may not be combined with other promotions.
